Sally is the Executive Producer (Communities and Parternships) at Barbican Theatre Plymouth. Sally has worked with groups from early years to adults, finding fun ways to engage participants in creating and making drama. Some of the South West based organisations that Sally has worked with include Theatre Royal Plymouth, Soapbox Children’s Theatre, Access Theatre, Razzamataz Theatre Schools, Broken Puppet Theatre, Symbiotic, and a number of schools and universities. Sally feels incredibly privileged to work in Plymouth and see the exciting developments that are taking place in the city involving arts and culture. She is passionate about making the arts accessible for everyone, and using it as a vehicle for development and social change.​
Lucy is the General Manager of Sterts Arts and Environmental Centre in Cornwall. She’s an experienced producer and project manager, who’s specialised in working with young people and communities across the South West and beyond. She led Plymouth Cultural Education Partnership’s flagship project, With Flying Colours, in 2022 and 2023. Lucy went on to lead a variety projects in partnership with schools from early years to Post-16, including Tiny Tales (Theatre Royal Plymouth), Playhouse (Landmark Theatres) and Speak Up (Landmark Theatres and National Theatre).
Ruth Mitchell is an award winning, southwest based, theatre maker who works across sited and traditional performance, creating work that is rooted in heritage and auto/biography. She has been a leading actor for over thirty-five years, with four of those years at the Royal Shakespeare Company, plus one of a handful of female professional actors to have played Hamlet in an all female production for Sphinx Theatre Company.
Ruth is a founder member of theatre collective ripple and an associate artist with Dreadnought Southwest.
Ruth is a Teaching Fellow in Performance at Plymouth University on the BA Acting course and Programme Lead for MA Applied Theatre.

Tracey-Anne Cutbush
Creative Producer
Tracey-Anne is a trained director, producer and teacher, who has a passion for building creative communities and advocating for the power of the arts. She has worked extensively in the industry, across festivals, touring, West End and the Royal National Theatre, and is particularly driven by the challenge of breaking new ground and building new partnerships. Tracey-Anne is a highly experienced facilitator and arts education specialist leading co-creative projects that focus on making new work, promoting and developing new artists and engaging new audiences.

Lucy Weeks
Technical Stage Manager
Lucy Weeks is a trained Technical Stage Manager with a long-standing passion for live events. Her journey into the industry began in 2021 when she enrolled in the Live Events Production course at Plymouth City College, where she specialised in stage management finishing her course in 2023. While at college, she joined the team at Plymouth Pavilions as a format crew member. There, she gained hands-on experience working in live venues, including follow-spotting for a variety of touring musicians and comedians. At the beginning of 2024, Lucy took on a new role with Luke Adams Lighting, where she continues to learn new skills as a lighting technician.
